You know when you’re catching a ride home with someone you more-or-less loathe and who is constantly trying to impress you with the music they listen to? And then they put something on that’s really good? And you’ve never heard it before? And so you pull out your smart phone and open SoundHound covertly to figure out what the song is? Because you don’t want to admit you’ve never heard the song before and this person has actually managed to accomplish their goal of impressing you? And then you get home and immediately grab the whole freaking album? And you continue to be impressed? And then you write a blog post that is almost exclusively statements craftily poorly transformed into questions in an attempt to make it seem like your experience is something universal and not just really an example of you being stubborn for no good reason?
No? Just me then.
Also: everyone everywhere is fired for not telling me to listen to YACHT sooner.
